My name is Steve Sadler. I am a Graphic Designer
and owner of SadlerDesign.
I have a BFA in Graphic Design from University of Nebraska
at Kearney. My full time day job is a pre-press artist
for Gill Studios, Inc which I have been with for twenty
years. Before my current position; I worked seven years
as a freelance artist for Hallmark Cards, Inc.
At Gill Studios, Inc.
along with preparing/creating artwork for both screen
press and digital press, I help other artists problem
solve issues with applications and/or artwork. I have
made training memos to help explain solutions for artwork
and computer procedures. I work closely with our IT staff
in setting up new users on our Mac’s. I have the
title of Graphics Utility Person and even though I am
a graphic artist, at times my duties merge with those
of our IT staff.
I am currently
a resident in Raytown, Missouri in my first home. Prior
to Raytown I lived in the Plaza and Westport areas. I
spent my childhood in Ralston, Nebraska (a suburb of Omaha).
I have been creating and designing web sites since 1992. I currently maintain
eight web sites on a monthly basis along with print work from Kansas City Friends
of Alvin Ailey and occasionally Kansas City Free Health Clinic.
Sorry, but I'm currently not taking on any new clients. 2012 is a political year so my day job will require lots of overtime leaving me with very little Freelance time.
